This is the first report with this problem I see, also seems that nobody else suffers it searching at google :-( Do you have a fully updated system? Does it work on a new created user account? Have you tried after rebooting? Have you run dispatch-conf? Are other tools able to connect to dbus daemon? Do you see any error message on /var/log/messages related with dbus? This was my misunderstanding about how gnome-keyring-daemon should work. If you start it as the user currently loged in the X session it's all good. I was under the impression that the deamon is systemwide but it is not |
