I emerged wxGTK-2.4.2. -> OK
Try to emerge wxPython -> compilation errors (see below)

Tried with USE="-gtk gtk2" and USE="gtk -gtk2": Same problem

you've got a version of wxGTK in /usr/local, remove that and it should fix
your compile problems.
