LibRaw is a library for reading RAW files obtained from digital photo cameras (CRW/CR2, NEF, RAF, DNG, and others).

I'll attach and ebuild, but there's one problem that I didn't know how to solve. This lib has it's own license at http://www.libraw.org/data/LICENSE.LibRaw.pdf in addition to LGPL-2.1 and CDDL and I didn't know how to add it to the ebuild.

Yeah, and libraw is also a dependency for media-gfx/shotwell-0.6.1

submission. We also apologize for not being able to accommodate you in a timely
manner. There are simply too many new packages.

Allow me to use this opportunity to introduce you to Gentoo Sunrise. The 
sunrise overlay[1] is a overlay for Gentoo which we allow trusted users to 
commit to and all users can have ebuilds reviewed by Gentoo devs for entry 
into the overlay. So, the sunrise team is suggesting that you look into this 
and submit your ebuild to the overlay where even *you* can commit to. =)

Oops, There seems to be a stupid problem with my submitted ebuild. I've forgot the lcms dependency, Sorry. I'll attach an ebuild patch which fixes the problem.
