Description Vladimir 2010-06-30 16:20:02 UTC
Midori's window tends to exceed the screen width, when there are too many download "tickets" at the bottom of the window (see the screenshot). If Midori's main window cannot hold all these "tickets" visible, it starts to widen to fit their total width. It's ok if the window is not maximized. But it also happens when the window is maximized. In such case the right edge of the window hides behind the right edge of the screen.

Here is a link to the upstream bugreport:
http://www.twotoasts.de/bugs/index.php?do=details&task_id=889

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge www-client/midori-0.2.6.
2. Maximize the window.
3. Open some web page and start to download some files.
4. Download the files until you fill the status bar with their "download tickets".
5. Download some more files and see what is happening with Midori's window.

Actual Results:
The window starts to widen further and further.

Expected Results:
Probably, Midori should make the "download tickets" list scrollable?

Thanks for filing hte upstream report. We can leave this open but unlikely to get fixed from us because it is an upstream problem.
