There are several plugins that could be not compiled as were removed from SVN repository:

crossfire, css, executebrowser, executescript, phpformatter, sql, xdebug, xml,  -  Merged to Quanta: http://gitorious.org/kdevelop/quanta/

git - moved to http://gitorious.org/kdevelop4-git/kdevelop4-git



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to compile any of the plugins above


Actual Results:  
Compilation will fail.
