According to a conversation I had on the #postgis IRC channel, this is solved in the svn postgis version. Since the two application travel quite close together in terms of development, it would probably make sense to have a (**)9999 ebuild for postgis. *** Bug 328553 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Whop! Latest 1.5 Snapshot: (revision 5719) http://postgis.refractions.net/download/postgis-1.5.2SVN.tar.gz compiled successfully... (In reply to comment #4) > Whop! Latest 1.5 Snapshot: (revision 5719) > http://postgis.refractions.net/download/postgis-1.5.2SVN.tar.gz > compiled successfully... Same here... so can we get an update? postgis-1.5.0 isn't supposed to compile against postgresql-9.x. Each release of PostGIS targets the past few versions of Postgres -- when postgis-1.5.0 was released, Postgres (trunk) was at 8.5. Should probably concentrate on bug 325113 instead? 1.5.0 doesn't support 9.0. 1.5.2-r1 does. |
