If you have dev-libs/elfutils installed, can you provide the output of: $ readelf -d /path/to/chrome/blob | grep NEEDED ? At least on chromium, it looks like libx264.so is linked through libavcodec. Might be the same thing for chromium-bin. Is it installed with its own libavcodec or does it uses the system's one ? Which version of chromium-bin do you run? -9999 or 5.0.376.0_p44230? With 5.0 I can not reproduce this problem Works for me with 6.0.451.0_p51005 and libx264.so.98, please test and reopen if it does not fix the problem for you. Thanks! |
