1. Just try to build evince:

Actual Results:

 *  ( /usr/portage/app-text/evince/files/evince-2.27.4-smclient-configure.patch )
...

Expected Results:  
Successful patching.

Unable to reproduce at all, even from my portage tree and from CVS one:

Please re-sync and try again, also check /usr/portage/app-text/evince/files/evince-2.27.4-smclient-configure.patch is updated

I had to delete it for the sync to work. Really extrange but solved.
