There seems to have been changes in sources dobin t_coffee fail. t_coffee binary is in /var/tmp/portage/sci-biology/t-coffee-8.69/work/T-COFFEE_distribution_Version_8.69/t_coffee_source instead of /var/tmp/portage/sci-biology/t-coffee-8.69/work/T-COFFEE_distribution_Version_8.69
