Does this happen at every boot or was it a one time thing? Could you please also post the contents of /proc/cmdline? Could you please > also post the contents of /proc/cmdline? > it used to happen on every boot for a couple of weeks. right now it seems to be gone. there were a couple of updates of several packages during that time, e.g. 2.6.34-r1. cat /proc/cmdline BOOT_IMAGE=/vmlinuz-2.6.34-gentoo-r1 root=/dev/sda2 ro quiet video=uvesafb:ywrap,mtrr:3,1280x720-32 splash=silent,theme:xbmc-confluence-shiny console=tty1 fastboot loglevel=0 usbcore.autosuspend=1 acpi_enforce_resources=lax Let's close this bug as NEEDINFO if there is no way to reproduce the problem then.
