Builds with the following QA warning in stable amd64 chroot:

QA Notice: The following files contain insecure RUNPATHs
 Please file a bug about this at http://bugs.gentoo.org/
 with the maintaining herd of the package.
 usr/lib64/xcircuit-3.6/xcircexec

Otherwise works fine here (Did the whole tutorial session from upstreams homepage).
