configure stage fails because of this.

can you please attach the full build.log and environment files mentioned at the end of the failed ebuild, and comment the `emerge --info` output,

Not anymore. ~x86 system.
I just emerged dev-libs/libical-0.44 and then obexd compiled fine.

./configure stage just told libical was needed.
you can just unmerge it to reproduce.

i see it isn't listed in ebuild dependencies.

Reading configure.ac it's needed when using "dummy" for phonebook -> USE="-eds"
