emerge dev-libs/soprano.

emerge kde-base/plasma-workspace

notice plasma-workspace is linked against libsoprano, but this dependency is not expressed in the ebuild.

Fixed in the kde overlay - please test. 

(oneliner: add $(cmake-utils_use_with semantic-desktop Soprano) to mycmakeargs)
