The saslauthd dir is located to /var/lib/sasl2, but there are two problems. First  
the /var/lib/sasl2 doesn't exist after emerge, saslauthd cannot start. The mux
and mux.sock files are located in /usr/lib/sasl2. The second problem is that i 
can't mount /usr "ro" because of the mux files.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge cyrus-sasl
2. /etc/init.d/saslauthd


Actual Results:  
Saslauthd can't start, no authentication with cyrus-imapd/postfix

Expected Results:  
saslauth-dir located in /var/run/saslauthd

starting saslauthd and the mux files are in /var/run/saslauthd, for
compatibility create links from /var/run/saslauthd to /var/run/sasl2.
