Scribus 1.3.7 Released

The Scribus Team is pleased to announce the release of Scribus 1.3.7. This new release brings us closer to the next stable release 1.4.

During this development period the team focused on stabilty and correctness.

Version bumped ebuild

I just copied the ebuild with the new version number and removed one of the patches which failed (podofo - and I did compile with USE=pdf so it would appear the patch is unnecessary with 1.3.7). It compiles fine and runs, though I haven't tested functionality beyond startup. It's a very simple ebuild, so I imagine this is all the maintainer would have done. Any devs want to check this in to the tree? (I also switched all the keywords to ~arch)
