The new version depends on dev-python/python-gudev now in sunrise overlay see bug 322557

I revised the dependencies and adapted them to the new gentoo guidelines about python related ebuilds.
"arista" isn't listed in http://pypi.python.org/pypi?:action=browse&c=533&show=all (python packages that support python3) so I choose to strictly require python2 series.

I've added amd64 arch (it works for me)

Thanks for the patch. Arista 0.9.5 should be out next week with a few major fixes. Let's wait for that.
