packages descriptions are present only in the specific package page, not in the
list page. This is not a problem if I am searching for a particolar package, but
quite bothersome if I'd be just wondering around to see which packages are
available.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://www.gentoo.org/dyn/pkgs/index.xml
2.enter any cathegory there
Actual Results:  
I have a list of packages names, but no description

Expected Results:  
It should be fine to have a column "description", containing the same info in
the specific package page

we will be revamping the packages database in the near future to allow for
things like searching, etc.
