teamspeak-server-bin-3.0.0_beta22 and beta18 can't be used with the last client version 3.0.0 beta 21, windows (build 11239)

The client report the server version need an update. On windows the server 3.0.0 beta23(build 11239) run with the client 3.0.0 beta21 (windows, build 11239).

Need a new ebuild for beta23 that use this link http://ftp.4players.de/pub/hosted/ts3/releases/beta-23/

we're up to beta 28 now :)
