net-misc/tigervnc-1.0.1_p20100529 fails to compile with xorg-server-1.7*

It's probably not really meant to judging by the dependency versioning done by the ebuild with the 'xorgmodule' USE flag.
However if setting '-xorgmodule +server' USE flags, the compile fails.

Looks like ebuild just needs the same version protection wrapped around the 'server' USE flag for DEPEND.
