taskjuggler has been in portage, see: http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/app-office/taskjuggler/?hideattic=0 it was removed with Qt3 and KDE3 cleanup, plus it also had several open bugs (search the bugzilla for also closed bugs and keyword taskjuggler). but of course I have no objections in readding it, if those issues are addressed when it's restored to portage :-) ah i see, thanks ... though the next version -- 3 -- is written from scratch and in ruby. so you'd have to change quite a lot i suppose :) TaskJuggler 3.0.0 has been released! Just tested TomWij's ebuild from his overlay: http://git.overlays.gentoo.org/gitweb/?p=dev/TomWij.git;a=blob;f=app-office/taskjuggler/taskjuggler-3.4.0.ebuild;hb=HEAD Just renamed it to taskjuggler-3.5.0.ebuild and works like a charm :) It's a very simple fakegem ebuild, should be really easy to add. |
