I do not actually know where they announce this release, but it has been available on the mirrors since 2010-03-10 according to their timestamps which shows about the same time this release was tagged in git.

Besides the changes in the announce [1] it contain various fixes for NULL pointer dereferences and buffer overflows.

Please bump the ebuild.
