chromium-bin --enable-webgl --no-sandbox http://learningwebgl.com/lessons/lesson15/index.html

Thanks for the report!

chromium-bin-9999 has not been working for me for some time so I can not test that.

Did it work with previous versions? If yes, this is probably an upstream bug (webgl works here in source chromium)
