net-wireless/blueman-1.21 shows "gtk-missing-image" (white rectangle with a little red cross in the middle) instead of the proper icon.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install blueman
2. run it

Actual Results:  
bad icon appears

Expected Results:  
good icon (blue oval with the white B)

some of blueman's icons are installed into hicolor icon theme. it is neccesary to run gtk-update-icon-theme to make them available to the application. When I ran it everything works fine.

Done, thanks. The ebuild now runs gtk-update-icon-theme in pkg_postinst/postrm.
