Should we stabilize pdb2pqr-1.5.0-r2 instead? (less then 1 month in portage) Yes, this was a bump because of a bad typo. Please add the relevant arches. Arches please go ahead, basic test included, advanced test needs apps being install and has problem other wise. My runtime test are fine. Archtested on x86: Everything OK, current stable does not build, please mark stable.
Remark: There is a warning
* Messages for package sci-chemistry/pdb2pqr-1.5.0-r2:
* Could not apply relink.patch!

But I have no idea where it comes from, it is not in the ebuild?

But you can ignore it. amd64 done x86 stable, thanks Thomas ppc stable, closing |
