I am working my way through build issues during the emerge of the gnome meta package. After examining the ebuild for media-video/totem-2.28.5-r4, I wonder if there is a missing dependency? 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -uDNtv gnome 

Actual Results:
