Bug 319751 – courier-imap-4.5.0 broke relay-ctrl

Hello,
After an update to courier-imap-4.5.0 from 4.0.6-r3, the relay-ctrl function stopped working and I get these messages in the logfiles every time I login to imap:

[imapd-ssl] relay-ctrl-allow[21124]: Warning: Could not chdir to FD : Bad file descriptor.

My /etc/courier-imap/imapd-ssl file still has these lines at the end of it:
