ktsuss cannot be installed without libpng12.pc file.

Yep, -r1 is only for binary-only packages and can be installed at the same time with libpng 1.4. It's not for compiling anything.

Get -r2 instead.

well...

-r1 is in slot 1.2,and chromium-bin depends on libpng:1.2

and -r1 is blocking -r2,which is needed by ktsuss

So it turns out to be impossible to install chromium-bin and ktsuss in gentoo.That's absurd.
