app-office/abiword-2.6.8 crashes after "Print" is selected from the File menu, but before the Print window appears. The bug is conditional on libgnomeprint-2.18.6 being compiled with the cups use flag set.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Attempt to print a document with Abiword when libgnomeprint is compiled with the cups USE flag.

I suppose that I should also mention that I'm using a HP Deskjet F2280, in case the bug is specific to that.

The CUPS driver is HP Deskjet f2200 Series, hpcups 3.9.12
