Hi,

when emerging gretl-1.9.0 I with flags:
# emerge -pqv =sci-mathematics/gretl-1.9.0                                                                                                                  
[ebuild   R   ] sci-mathematics/gretl-1.9.0  USE="R gmp gtk nls openmp readline sourceview -accessibility -debug -emacs -gnome -odbc"

I get the following error:

Modifying the ebuild and deleting "TODO" seems to fix the issue:

Fix:  remove TODO from the following line in gretl-1.9.0.ebuild

	dodoc README README.audio ChangeLog CompatLog  TODO \
		|| die "dodoc failed"
