You only need to emerge nfs-utils and it will depend on everything it needs. The guide you are using is for nfs-utils-1.1, the current stable version. If you use nfs-utils-1.2 it will no longer require portmap but rpcbind. Just replace portmap with rpcbind in the guide and it should still apply. net-nds/rpcbind is the replacement of portmap. Use that instead. I resolve this bug as TEST-REQUEST. |
