Is archlinux's rival to app-portage/mirrorselect and, just like mirrorselect is specific to Gentoo's mirror setup, is specific to arch's mirrors.

This would be useful for people using pacman on Gentoo (to create an archlinux chroot) ( bug 299275 )

Moved into gentoo-x86 by me.
