perl-xyne-arch is needed for archlinux's reflector package. A request for that will soon follow.

Upstream replaced all of its perl software implementations with python. It also moved actual implementations of the core software modules from central packages (e.g., perl-xyn-common and perl-xyne-arch) to the relevant package itself (e.g., www-misc/reflector used to just install a ``import blah; blah.run()'' script but now the ``blah'' module is part of the reflector package.)

Thus, this bug is no longer relevant.
