![]() Works fine for me on stable x86 so you're going to have to try different things on your system to see what's different. My first guess would be your opengl setup. Do you have some specific steps or links to docs? I remember other OpenGL things worked for me (like openarena). What are you using for your opengl? (In reply to comment #3) > What are you using for your opengl? How do I check? I didn't do anything specific. # eselect opengl list Available OpenGL implementations: [1] xorg-x11 * You don't have any hardware-accelerated opengl? That might be the problem. (In reply to comment #5) > You don't have any hardware-accelerated opengl? That might be the problem. I don't have. Maybe the package needs some deps change. *shrug* Not really. No one who's actually playing games on linux is trying to use software opengl. The games that need opengl are pretty much unplayable without it. Fixed up the summary and closing WONTFIX. Works flawlessly and fast here with xorg-x11 implementation on the embedded intel controller of my laptop: 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile GM965/GL960 Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 0c) |
