Thanks to all the new flavors of warning reporting in gcc-3.1 pciutils breaks on
a dumb warnnig about unused parameter in an empty function, this ebuild just
takes out the -Werror flag, if there is some good reason not to do this, please
speak now or forever hold your peas and carrots.

resolved in -r2 -- but masked until it is known to work for a gcc2.95.3 user (it
probably would, but it's a sys-app, so i'm extra carefull)
