sys-libs/zlib crashes paludis while reading metadata. However I 'fixed' problem rebuilding zlib with gcc 4.4.3.

However when I tried to reproduce bug by rebuilding it with gcc 4.5.0 again it started working (the same CFLAGS). The bug itself was reproduced several times when rebuilding with gcc 4.5 from stage3-amd64-20100408.

Without a backtrace we can't do anything, but if you check my reply to keruspe, this should be fixed with 1.2.5-r1 and has nothing to do with GCC 4.5.
