Perhaps we should create a virtual, but I will think about it. Strange that I didn't recognized it as I had atlas for all time and wrote the clapack ebuild. Thanks anyway. meta package I mean clapack from atlas does not have the same API as clapack from clapack from netlib. The former has clapack_* routines and the latter is merely a f2c'ed version of lapack. So I would suggest to install the header files in different paths, and either add cppflags to lapack-atlas pkg-config file (and check the dependent ebuilds) or add cppflags to packages dependent on sci-libs/clapack. fixed, as well as the missing SONAME |
