Trying to emerge 
sci-libs/blas-atlas-3.9.23-r3 and sci-libs/lapack-atlas-3.9.23-r3
the latter fails.

Only runnging  lafilefixer --justfixit
lets emerging sci-libs/lapack-atlas-3.9.23-r3 succeed.

This occurred on 3 machines here (at least)

2) no details (which la-files?)
