Build log
Which version of GHC are you using? However, I _think_ that the problem is that the version of ghc-paths that you are using is wanting features that no longer exist in Cabal-1.8. Either that or the new ghc-pkg setup in ghc-6.12 (assuming you're using that) is different and ghc-paths is trying to do something with it in the Makefile. ghc-paths-0.1.0.6 seems to work with GHC-6.12; whether this is because it needs 6.12 or because 6.12 ships with (and needs) Cabal 1.8 is something we'll have to investigate and check. (In reply to comment #2) > Which version of GHC are you using? It's a bit hard to diagnose this problem without at least knowing this Diego... It's likely Cabal's API change problem. I think we got rid of ghc-paths in most of packages and should just remove it from the tree. Thought about it little more and I think it's simpler to reintroduce ghc-patch deps in haddock again instead of maintaining current hacks. Pushed fix to the tree. Thank you, Diego! |
