the error is telling you there is a problem with your cdrom, not your hard drive Which LiveCD was this? At which point does this happen? Yeah, usually messages like that mean you have a hardware problem :/ Check out your cdrom. Moving these so we can remove the "Install CD" component from "Gentoo Linux". I apologize to everyone for this spam, but according to the bugzilla developers, this is the only reasonable way to do this. |
