sys-block/gparted dont have doc use flag
need to add it, make gnome-doc-utils dependency optionally and use ./configure --disable-doc

i am delete gnome-doc-utils dependency, replace "--enable-doc" with "--disable-doc
", and gparted-0.4.5 build fine
