1. After upgrading to chromium 5.0.375.3 I remove the www-plugins/adobe-flash and now integrated flash plugin don't work
2. I compiled media-video/ffmpeg with "threads" but html5 don't work.

Integrated Flash is not expected to work with Chromium. Feel free to file a bug upstream and post the URL here.

For the HTML 5 issue, please open a new bug with enough details to reproduce it.
