current versions of mixxx in portage use an internal version of the libsoundtouch library.  The was because of segfault issues in libsoundtouch 1.4.0 hence the mixxx patched version 1.4.1.  Now that 1.5.0 has been released with the mixxx patches included we are able to externalize this library for 1.6.0 and later.  I will work with upstream about getting 1.5.0 externalized with 1.8.x.
