foomatic-filters' SRC_URI is not valid. The file http://www.linuxprinting.org/download/foomatic/foomatic-filters-3.0-20031018.tar.gz doesn't exists. There is only foomatic-filters-3.0-20031019 as of today:

linuxprinting saves only daily snapshots, but the files are on the gentoo
mirrors.
