If dev-libs/crypto++ is built without the sse3 use flag, aMule will crash on startup.

crypto++ is a dependency in the aMule ebuild, but the sse3 use flag is not, so sse3 in crypto++ should be added to the aMule ebuild.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build dev-libs/crypto without the sse3 use flag
2. Start aMule
3. Boom.

Please add the output of emerge --info and the exact versions of amule and crypto++

Its not clear that amule really needs crypto++ with sse3...
