Feel free to close this as INVALID if I got it wrong, but shouldn't this use the selected system lapack rather than insisting with atlas? (Which for me is broken, causing this to fail)

scamp uses specific symbols (clapack_*) only found in lapack-atlas unfortunately, so I had to force it to link with it.
