Currently quodlibet exects to wavpack to be installed, as it is capable of playing this file format (.WV). However it is not reflected neither in package USE flags nor in DEPEND.

Note: Making this option as USE flag(and emerging without it) will not prevent QL to display .wv files in file list and complain about tries to play them.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Quodlibet
2.Navigate to folder containing WV files, they will be shown in list(not filtered out), even if gst-plugins-wavpack is not installed
3.

Actual Results:  
Trying to play them results in warnings.

Expected Results:  
Files should be played. WV support schemas are integrated into QL and gst-plugins-wavpack is assumed to be installed in the system by QL upstream.
