Deluge 1.2.3 (27 March 2010)

 * Fix libtorrent version compare to use a proper numerical compare instead of string. This fixes a problem where using lt 0.14.10 wouldn't allow Deluge to start.
 * Fix libtorrent 0.15 compatibility

And Deluge versions before 1.2.3 need <rb_libtorrent-0.14.10 or they wont start!!!

This release fixes 2 issues with libtorrent compatibility. Deluge will now recognize libtorrent 0.14.10 as being a higher version than 0.14.9 and there is a minor fix to allow libtorrent 0.15.0 support as well. 


Now, why the heck did you update rb_libtorrent before updating deluge?
This cause a blocker-bug (blocks entire deluge "development cycle").

Such things happens because net-p2p team doesn't communicate enough.
So happens that 10 Apr 2010; Ben de Groot bumps rb_libtorrent when it's usually Raúl Porcel who update deluge.

And those 2 packages are strictly related.
