The ebuild for syslinux-3.85 (and likely earlier versions as well) uses has the source file located at "mirror://kernel/linux/utils/boot/syslinux/" when it was moved to "mirror://kernel/linux/utils/boot/syslinux/3.xx/"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. RESTRICT="nomirror" emerge -f syslinux
Actual Results:  
Doesn't download

Expected Results:  
Correctly download
