ziproxy-2.7.2-libpng14.patch contains a diff to file "configure.in" and a diff to file "ziproxy-2.7.2/src/image.c". epatch fails to apply it because those files are at different levels.

Changing "configure.in" to be "ziproxy-2.7.2/configure.in" works for me.
