I'm getting the following on one box:

!!! Cannot write to '/media'.

This is because /media is NFS mounted read-only from another (Gentoo) box where I store all our media for use throughout the home (videos, music, photo albums, etc.)

Apparently, keepdir cannot handle the case where the directory it's trying to keep is read-only.

This is keeping me from merging sys-apps/hal-0.5.13-r2.
